What services are really needed in Windows XP SP2?
I have an IBM Thinkpad T-21 that is running Win XP SP2. I would like to accelerate through the elimination of additional services (services.msc) you do not need. I use the laptop to go on the Internet, handle DVDs, burn video DVDs and laser discs, burn CDs of the records, play CDs, play DVDs Read textbooks on CD Rom, and play games vidio.
IMB Thinkpad is a robust machine very pleasant indeed. There are plenty of things you can put in manual, automatic or off. Thats things you're going to have to learn for yourself.
