speed reading practice text

I have few question about the reading, can anyone help me?

1. What kind of materials are good to practice "rapid reading" and what is not good for practice. 2. What should outline different interpretation of the people of the texts? 3.If the reading of a text that is differnet open to interpretation, making interpretaton the difference between a "good" and "bad"? Thanks in advance!
