Beginning physics question?
I'm just beginning physics, and the book he needed for the class will not have to wait two weeks. (You have all the options, AB, BC, CD etc. or any of the above.) There is plenty questions about the position and velocity, then there asking questions "when the positive acceleration? negative?" I'm failing miserably at reading the graph. How do I know? It is an online task, and only give me two attempts per question. If you could shed some light on this for me, you would a protector of life!
You will do well! When the line is straight, not accelerating. Thus, from A to B and D to E the slowdown to be ready to change direction (negative). from B to C and E to F is accelerating again in a new direction (positive).
