How do I change the shutter speed on the Olympus FE-310?
How do I change the shutter speed on the Olympus FE-310? Ive read the manual, but do not tell you how to change it, although there is a section in itself no one kn ow how it chnage OT? and also when I try to focus at times takes years for the square to go green. is there a SETUP to a better approach?
You can not manually change the shutter speed and / or openness, because the FE-310 is a point and shoot camera, which means the camera takes complete control. However, you can use one of the scene modes if you want the camera to apply a different shutter speed / aperture. For example, if you want the camera to use a faster shutter speed (to stop or freeze the action) should use the setting "Sport". This works best in a good light. Or, if you want to shoot at night (with a velocity slow shutter), you have to mount the camera on a tripod, set the timer for delay and the use of configuration fireworks. There is no option for the camera to focus better (especially in low light) because it is a limitation of the camera auto focus system.
