speed reading info

I want to read more, but I like reading is so slow. What can I do to speed up my reading?

I have read so many books I want I do not like take 3 or 4 minutes to read a page relatively normal. an even bigger problem is that rarely remember everything I read, though I like the book. This causes a problem if I have to read a textbook. i dont want to take 2 hours to read 20Pages 2 or 3 times. So how can I increase my reading speed and my ability to retain information.
