
Speed Reading / eye movement?
Does anyone know where I can find out about the read speed – and the techniques involved in improving visual reflexes? The sites I've looked at are quite vague.
My mom took classes in speed reading as a child. She tried to explain to me once. It's searching for key words (usually names and words), while watching and qualification smaller common words. Not now, do this is easy with complex story lines and such that it requires a great amount of understanding. Its really not used in the world today because teachers hate it because its speed exchange for comprehension. Speed Reading means that only getting about 50% of what your reading.
