free speed reading exercises
How can I train myself for the speed, power and resistance?

Well, I want to start free running (parkour), and all I'm reading says you should start with those three things. I'm not out of shape, but I'm there (not obese or anything like that, only a half). I exercise asthma prone, but when I take medication before a workout, and a fast-acting inhaler (if required), usually not a problem. I like to strive fas as I can go, but I know my limits as well. I was hoping to find some ways to train these three things for which I started parkour. Thanks people.

After his normal workout, go running STANDS!. This will build everything you are looking for and a greater appreciation of their normal practice. Stands, which some people call the stadium is when you go to the bleachers in the gym or soccer field, and start running up and down the steps.
