When it comes to spending your money, subliminal audios top the list. Do not misunderstand me. Visual subliminal messages (videos, films and computer programs) has shown to work. Although I am not sure of effectiveness. Subliminal Audios, however, have demonstrated time and again to be totally useless. If you've had luck with the subliminal audios, which is nothing more than a placebo effect. Bottom line-Do not waste your money on subliminal audio products.
For example, in a study by the University of California, Santa Cruz-237 volunteers listened provides 3 different types of subliminal audio line above estimates for a period of 30 days. The conclusion the study was that the audio has absolutely no effect on the subjects, at all.

Sound is vibration. And the sound vibrations get smaller as you move away from the sound source. Thus in the case of subliminal tapes / CDs, if you could hear the words of the music below or the sounds of the ocean (and can not), you would have to have headphones.
I hope this sheds some light on this confusing issue. There are more reasons and much more to say on the subject, but does not have three very good reasons … good why you should never consider purchasing any kind of subliminal audiotape or CD.
